TT magnetic beams for loading/unloading the cutting operations

TT beams optimise times for sheet metal loading and unloading operations in cutting machines. A single operator is able to quickly remove the work frame and the cut pieces, thus freeing the machine bed in a few seconds.

The permanent-electro technology of TT magnetic beams is able to “capture” both the sheet metal and all the cut pieces in one single step, concentrating the magnetic flux only where needed, without interfering with the bed itself. The particular geometry of the magnetic modules, installed on special suspension structures, penetrates inside the work frame to remove even the smallest cut pieces.

The TT and TB beams represent the most advanced permanent-electro magnetic technology for sheet metal handling.

Available in different ranges, the TT beams allow rapid loading/unloading operations of sheet metal on cutting machines. The TB beams, on the other hand, allow sheets to be handled both vertically and horizontally.
