TM telescopic crossbeams are the right solution to problems with large loads. Extremely flexible during use, they ensure the highest performance in the category.
Each crossbeam features a 1:3 safety factor in any operating condition. They are available in different formats, which are distinguished based on the number of magnetic guide braces installed.
Sheet metal, especially when large, is a particularly difficult load to handle. Traditional handling methods (hooks, ropes, chains) can lead to bending and deformation of the load, making the grip unstable and extremely dangerous.
By hooking the load from above, TM telescopic crossbeams offer the highest level of performance in their category, with uniform handling and leaving the load undamaged. The freedom to increase or decrease the distance between the modules and or select which heads to magnetize (guide brace selection) make the TM crosspieces extremely flexible in use.
The various TM formats are distinguished by the number of magnetic guide braces installed: TM4 with 4 guide braces for sheet metals up to 12m in length, TM6 up to 16m, TM8 up to 20m.
TMX crossbeams are designed to comply with and exceed UNI 13155:2009 requirements. Each crossbeam is capable of developing a 1:3 safety factor (the strength is 3 times the maximum permissible load) not only in ideal conditions but also in the most severe operating conditions.
A series of safety systems prevents lifting loads beyond the limit value (PICKUP), demagnetization during handling (DAUTANAC), accidental activation and deactivation (SAFE).
