TP AND TU CROSSBEAMS: modules for handling profiles and pipes to significantly reduce loading and unloading times

Permanent-electro modules represent a quick and efficient solution for picking up and handling long loads.

Mainly intended for distribution centres, they are characterised by the great advantages given by the reduction of loading and unloading times: no more chains or ropes to wrap around the load, to hook to the crane, that must be perfectly aligned (when the load is on the ground). The entire load traversing operation can be managed by a single operator, at a safe distance.

The TP and TU systems have several advantages:

• Quick loading and unloading of loads
• Better warehouse management: spacers or spaces between stalls are no longer necessary
• A single operator is able to complete all the operations while remaining at a distance from the load
• Permanent-electro systems and therefore insensitive to power failures: total safety

TP modules for profiles

Suitable for different types of profiles, they can be installed on fixed crossbeams or telescopic brackets, so as to remain parallel to the load, avoiding any oscillations.

The particular geometry of the magnetic modules allows them to penetrate inside the “U”, attach to the core and move the beam with extreme ease. The system can also hook the load “on the edge”, making it possible to rotate the profile.

TU modules for pipes

• TU Suitable for loads of various shapes, they can be made both for the unitary handling of pipes and for calenders and reservoirs
• TU/L The increased dimensions and particular arrangement with elongated magnetic poles allow for the movement of layers of pipes
