The solution
TT AND TB crossbeams: working quickly with sheet metal and cut pieces
TT crossbeams for loading/unloading the cutting bed
TT crossbeams optimise times for sheet metal loading and unloading operations in cutting machines. A single operator is able to quickly remove the work frame and the cut pieces, thus freeing the machine bed in a few seconds.
The permanent-electro technology of TT crossbeams is able to “capture” both the sheet metal and all the cut pieces in one single step, concentrating the magnetic flux only where needed, without interfering with the bed itself. The particular geometry of the magnetic modules, installed on special suspension structures, penetrates inside the work frame to remove even the smallest cut pieces.
TB crossbeams for horizontal and vertical sheet metal handling
The quick and efficient solution for picking and moving sheet metal to and from vertical warehouses. TB crossbeams can be tilted: the magnetic modules, installed on pins, offer total flexibility, meaning the sheet metal positioning can be easily varied from horizontal to vertical.
The compact structure allows easy access to the stalls; the balance of its construction makes it possible to move from vertical to horizontal orientation with a simple hand gesture, even with a load attached.
Advantages
The advantages of a TT system
- Quick loading and unloading
- A single operator is able to complete all the operations while remaining at a distance from the load
- Permanent-electro systems and therefore insensitive to power failure: total safety
- Maintenance free: no backup batteries needed
The advantages of a TB system
- Quick sheet metal gathering; from the warehouse directly to the cutting bed in a few seconds
- A single operator is able to complete all the operations while remaining at a distance from the load
- Permanent-electro systems and therefore insensitive to power failures: total safety
- Maintenance free: no backup batteries needed
TT modules
The range of TT permanent-electro modules includes:
- TT/O For flame and plasma cutting machines
- TT/L For laser cutting machines, in the presence of thin, small workpieces
- TT/H For heavy, thick loads
- TT Combi Hybrid version composed of telescopic ends for handling large sheet metal pieces and a central body in TT/O shape dedicated to unloading cut pieces
