Electromagnetic technology systems generate a magnetic flux that penetrates deep inside the load, holding it forcefully. These characteristics are required in the handling of layered loads, typically packages and bundles.
EM series electromagnetic crossbeams hook, transport and unhook loads with extreme ease, requiring a single operator who can remain at a safe distance. They are convenient because they always operate above the load, without deforming or compressing it.

Patented system
The Corona Neutra patented system guarantees that the module enclosure, machined from a single piece, has a magnetically neutral surface: adjacent loads are not attracted. The magnetic flux is conveyed only where it is needed.

EM modules have bidirectional technology: the magnet is made up of 2 distinct North + South generator poles, which guarantee efficiency and reliability compared to conventional systems with monodirectional technology.
Maximum resistance
EM modules are built to last over time: the solenoids are wrapped in shock-resistant elastic resin and have compact ampere turns; this limits heat generation and allows for a 50% increase in longevity.
